Triple Fudge Cake! Yummmmm
2 cups milk
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 package of chocolate chips
1/2 - 1 cup chopped nuts
Mix pudding mix with milk and cook according to package directions. Turn off heat and add the box of chocolate cake mix. Stir. Mixture will be thick and gooey. Put in your ungreased Celebrating Home casserole dish (if you use other dishes, you might want to grease them!). Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top- Use whatever amount of each that you like!
Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes.
** The stoneware dish tends to keep the cake a lot more moist than if you use a glass or aluminum pan. ppsstt: they come in 7 different styles and colors!

Fantastic Party!
The following two recipes were used at a party last night! Fantastic (party and dips!)!!!!! I make the Mexican Corn all the time and NEVER have leftovers! The Ranch Bean Dip is a new recipe and it also earned rave reviews - be warned though, it's not pretty, but it tastes great!
Mexican Corn

2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 0z) package cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
10 jalapeno peppers, chopped (cheat and buy a can of already chopped peppers!)
1 tsp garlic salt
Put all in bean pot with lid and microwave 3 minutes, stir, then microwave again 1-3 minutes based on the wattage of your microwave!

Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
1 Celebrating Home Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flour (that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablesponns chocolate chips (optional - yeah right!)
Small splash of vanilla
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla, mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at full power. The cake will rise over the top of them mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to share!)
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!!!
