Sherried Beef

3 pounds lean beef, cubed in 1-1/2 inch cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cooking sherry (or wine of your choice)
1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients in your beanpot. Cover. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 3 hours. Enjoy!
